Rental Requirements & Policies
Request the current requirements and written terms before making a commitment. This page does not set legal or commercial conditions.
- Driver's license
- Must hold a valid national motorcycle license (SIM C for Indonesian citizens) or an International Driving Permit (IDP) with motorcycle endorsement alongside a valid national license for foreign tourists.
- Identity verification
- Requires a valid Original Passport for international visitors or e-KTP for domestic tourists, along with confirmed return flight details and hotel/villa booking reservation in Bali.
- Mandatory All-Risk Insurance
- All rentals include mandatory All-Risk Insurance (Damage & Theft protection) for IDR 800,000 per rental period (valid up to 15 days). No security deposit required.
- Rental extensions
- Extensions must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the original return time via WhatsApp or email, subject to vehicle availability and advance payment of additional days.
- Cancellation policy
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours prior to pickup. Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours incur a 50% charge of the total rental fee; no refunds apply for cancellations under 24 hours or no-shows.
- Pickup & return conditions
- Vehicles must be returned at the agreed location and time with at least 50% battery charge level. Late returns exceeding 1 hour will incur an additional hourly fee (IDR 50,000/hour) up to a full day rate.

Contact the team before your agreed return time. Any extension, availability and additional charges require confirmation.
