All figures are monthly, per scooter and illustrative. The high scenario is not a typical, historical or guaranteed result.
| Scenario | Rental days | Revenue | Operating costs | Operating profit | Partner share (60%) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Low | 10 | Rp950.000 | Rp450.000 | Rp500.000 | Rp300.000 |
| Moderate | 18 | Rp1.710.000 | Rp544.000 | Rp1.166.000 | Rp699.600 |
| High | 25 | Rp2.375.000 | Rp694.000 | Rp1.681.000 | Rp1.008.600 |
Revenue = rental days × Rp95.000. Operating profit = revenue − direct costs. Positive operating profit is split 60% to the partner and 40% to LUNAR.
The reference rate of Rp95.000/day includes battery swaps for the renter. Weekly/monthly packages and discounts may change actual revenue.
Provisional scenario costs are assumed to include a two-battery subscription of Rp144.000/month. The remaining costs of Rp306.000, Rp400.000 and Rp550.000 do not yet have a verified category breakdown.
Dealer promotion: 20 individual battery swaps/month, equivalent to 10 complete two-battery swaps. This allowance is not a number of rental days. The promotion period, overage costs and post-promotion rates need confirmation.
Scooter purchase price, insurance, taxes, depreciation, exceptional repairs and swaps beyond the allowance/after the promotion have not been reliably modeled. The partner share is not net income after all ownership costs.
In a loss-making month, there is no positive profit to distribute. Responsibility for deficits and additional funding must be specified in the agreement.

Tourist seasons, competition and downtime can reduce rental days. An unrented scooter generates no rental revenue.
Routine maintenance and battery subscriptions are deducted before profit sharing. Major repairs, depreciation, taxes and other costs need clarification in the contract.
Insurance coverage for rental use, liability for losses, deductibles and claims handling have not been confirmed. Do not assume all risks are covered.
Swaps are included in the renter's rate, but operating costs depend on dealer allowances and policies. Commercial-use terms and costs after the promotion need confirmation.
The partner retains 100% ownership. Purchase must be through a LUNAR-designated dealer; the program is exclusively for VinFast Viper.
Actual revenue is reduced by direct operating costs per scooter. Positive operating profit is split 60% to the partner and 40% to LUNAR. There is no fixed income or ROI.
Direct costs include routine maintenance and battery subscriptions. Cost categories, supporting records, taxes, major repairs and handling of deficits will be clarified before signing.
The program plans monthly performance reports and profit distributions. The format, delivery channel, payment date and report correction process need to be established in the agreement. A partner dashboard is not yet available.
Contract duration, notice periods, scooter collection procedures and termination fees are not defined on this page. Review the written terms with the team before buying and agreeing to management.
Policy type, eligibility for tourist rental use, accident/theft coverage and allocation of liability still need confirmation. This page does not promise specific insurance protection.
